We're accepting entries for this year's Photo and Video contest — here's how to win a free stay at Key Lime Sailing Club.
Video contest
Open to all our guests. Submit a video of your KLSC stay for a chance to win a free 5-night stay. We're looking for the most creative and exciting video that tells people about your KLSC vacation.
How to submit: upload your finished video to YouTube and email us the URL at keylargocottages@keylimesailingclub.com. Include the dates you stayed, which cottage, and the name the reservation was under (in every email, if you send more than one).
Evaluation criteria
- Overall impact (fun and informative)
- Creativity
- Memorable content and delivery
- Clear message about what vacationing at KLSC is all about
- Video quality
Winners are announced on our Facebook page and newsletter on January 5. No limit on how many videos you submit.
Respect for existing copyright
Please use only music you have the rights to. Allowed: royalty-free (licensed or purchased), original, or AI-generated music. Not allowed: commercial or popular songs without permission, or unlicensed music from the internet. You must be able to provide proof of rights if requested — entries may be disqualified for non-compliance.
Photo contest
Pictures can include couples sailing, families sailing, KLSC activities (non-sailing), sailing lessons, and more. During a voting period on our Facebook page, the photo with the most "Likes" wins a free 3-night stay. No limit on photos entered — include captions plus your stay dates, cottage, and reservation name.
Terms
- Winner must be 25 years of age or older.
- Winner may choose dates from August 1 to December 15 (holidays not included).
- The Main House is not eligible.
- Winner can add free nights to, or extend, an established booking if the cottage is available in that window.
- Chosen dates cannot be rescheduled — please finalize before booking.
- Reservation covers two adults plus the children allowed for the cottage; extra adults are $35/night plus tax.
- Key Lime Sailing Club may use submitted photos and videos for its promotions and websites.
