We're expanding our team and looking for passionate, skilled people to join our vibrant waterfront community in beautiful Key Largo. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Sailing Instructors
Provide sailing lessons to our guests at Key Lime Sailing Club and American Sailing Academy. Experience teaching ASA courses is a plus.
Sailing / Powerboat Captains
Lead day tours and sunset cruises for Morning Star Sailing Charters. USCG captain's license required.
Dockmasters
Assist with boat launches and general maintenance of our fleet, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction on the waterfront.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications and experience for the respective position.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for the water and outdoor activities.
