The Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that consistently earn great traveler reviews, weighing the quality, quantity and recency of reviews over a 12-month period alongside a minimum 4-out-of-5 bubble rating and at least 12 months on the platform.
This marked the fourth time KLSC won the award since 2012 — a real source of pride for the whole crew, and a thank-you to every past guest who took the time to share their experience.
